Joliet is in Illinois, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Joliet follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. Not sure the quality of work the company does, but I saw one of their company trucks on the highway with a truck bed filled with loose garbage that flew out all over I-55. I thought this was a recycle company not a littering company. Do better.

This place is fantastic! We cleaned out our garage and found a spare for a car we no longer have. I researched and found this place to bring the tire. A man was near the office when I arrived and I asked him what I needed to do. He came to my vehicle, removed the tire, and said to tell the office that he said I had one tire on a rim. He was very kind and helpful! I think his name was Dan. I went to the office and finished my visit. The lady in the office was super nice also! Their prices are low to accept tires. $2.50 on a rim. I'm happy that I found a place that uses tires by turning it into mulch like material. Definitely recommend this place!

We had an old tire that was left at our new home. We picked Treadstone as the place to recycle and we are so glad we did. It was super easy and quick with very friendly service. We will definitely choose here to recycle again.

Treadstone Tire Recycling in Joliet really impressed us with their customer service. We arrived right at opening, and the lady in the office was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. It’s rare to walk into a place like this and feel genuinely taken care of, but she made the whole experience easy and pleasant. You can tell they care about doing things right. Highly recommend.
